Overview
Tanner Murphy is a dedicated civil litigator who enjoys solving his clients’ legal problems. Tanner represents corporate and individual clients in numerous fields, including contracts, employment, personal injury, and natural gas. He prides himself on being an out-of-the box thinker who finds paths to the best solutions to his clients’ issues.
Prior to joining Kennyhertz Perry, Tanner practiced at a civil defense firm with a national presence, where his practice focused on natural gas explosions, employment discrimination, personal injury and premises liability, and insurance coverage disputes. Tanner also has experience in commercial construction, products liability, negligent security, and landlord-tenant disputes.
Tanner grew up on a cattle farm near Kingdom City, MO, and draws on this experience to ground his practice in practical, real-world solutions. Tanner applies this developed work ethic to his everyday practice and doesn’t stop until the job is done.
In his free time, Tanner enjoys traveling, reading, and keeping his body in shape through sports and running.
